The Lonoke Senior Awards Ceremony was held in the Gina Cox Center on Friday, May 5th, 2023. The senior awards ceremony was a time where the seniors family, friends, and classmates can all come together to celebrate the class’ achievements and a time to award them with academic awards, scholarships, cords, and numerous other awards. Ashli Holt said, “I loved to watch all of my senior friends get their awards, and see all of the hard work they have went through and I cannot be more proud of them.” The 2023 graduating class had a big number of students who received scholarships, in addition to a total amount of 25 honor graduates. “I loved spending the last few hours with everyone and seeing where everyone is going after high school. Cannot wait to see what they accomplish in the future. I know I’m so proud of them and I will miss them so much, Class of 2023,” Ashli Holt added. One of the LHS honor graduate students, Logan Bevis, received a scholarship from Ozark College of $63,000. Bevis expressed, “I feel very blessed that I was able to get the Arkansas Future Grant and very excited for the opportunities it has given me to become one of the few female pilots there are.” LHS is beyond proud of the 2023 graduating class and cannot wait to see how much more they accomplish in the future.

The 2023 Commencement Ceremony will be held in the Gina Cox Center on Friday, May 19th, 2023 at 7:00 pm.
