As the school year comes to a close, it is time to say our goodbyes to the class of 2023 as they are about to begin their new role as alumni of Lonoke High School. Each year at every high school across the nation, seniors embark on their year of lasts: the last first day, the last homecoming week, the last athletic events, the last pep rally, the last school dance, ending with class day and graduation. The day of graduation is coming faster than most of us expected. The past few weeks have been pretty hectic for most of our seniors, with them saying their final goodbyes to their classmates, their friends, their families, their teammates, their coaches, their teachers, and all the other people that helped them throughout their school years. On Friday, May 19th, 2023 at 7:00 in the evening, the Class of 2023 will be walking across the stage to receive their high school diploma, moving their tassels to the left side, and tossing their hats up as they become Lonoke High School Alumni. Congratulations to the Class of 2023!
