On Friday, August 19, 2022, Lonoke High School’s student council held a color war contest. Each grade competed against the other as they threw powder at the opposite class and teachers. Senior, Tayler Coffey, mentions his favorite part of the color war was, “…definitely getting my teammates with other colors.” The students had a great time throwing powder at each other. There were also some teachers that participated in the game. Mrs. Roberts said, ” My favorite part about the color war was when I was standing in the middle of the practice field and all you could see was chalk dust all around you. The funniest part was looking at the pictures and seeing the student’s faces as they were hit with the dust.” There could only be one winner and the seniors took home the win! Congratulations seniors!
